What is the youngest age for party guests?

Five years old is the minimum age for party guests. If you have a family member under the age of 5 please advise management when booking your party. ​

Arrival time at your party?

Parties are booked with limited time in between, please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the starting time of your party.

As a host parent do I need to stay during the party?

Your child will be fully supervised by our staff, however you are welcome to stay. Once the party commences, we will lock the door until the party ends or upon the return of parents to pick up their children

Can guest parents stay around during the party?

We ask that only the parents of the birthday child stay due to limited space inside our party venue, we ask parents to drop off their child and return to pick them at cake time.

Can children under the age of 5 attend a party?

Provided the child is happy to be left with supervising staff or the host parent a child under 5 can attend a party.

When do I need to confirm the details for my daughter's party?

The number of children and package details does not need to be confirmed until the week of the party.

What is the Cancellation policy?

All deposits are Non- Refundable. However, we can reschedule the date of your party subject to availability.
